Privacy Policy

1. Images are processed on your device

No app account is required. Image reading, compression, preview and export take place on your Mac, iPhone or iPad. The app does not upload images, filenames, file paths or usage records to developer or third-party servers. It has no advertising, tracking or analytics SDKs.

The app accesses selected files and destinations through system pickers and other user-authorized actions. It does not require access to contacts, the camera, microphone or location.

2. Files and originals

Input originals are not overwritten or deleted. Exports go to your chosen folder. On Mac, an existing filename is preserved by using a new name; on iPhone and iPad, the system export picker handles destination conflicts. If you choose iCloud or another cloud drive, that service may sync your files under its own policy. ByteFit does not independently upload your images to developer servers.

Results are temporary files or memory data and may not survive quitting. Save them promptly. On iPhone and iPad, imported image copies stay within the app and are deleted when you clear the list. Samples are generated locally. The system may retain or remove temporary files.

3. Free allowance and purchases

To track 3 free images per device, the app stores up to three content digests of successfully processed images on that device. These identify identical input content so that adjusting settings does not count twice. They contain no filenames, paths or original images and are not uploaded to developer servers.

Purchases and restoration use Apple StoreKit. The app reads Apple-verified products and purchase entitlements, including refunds or revocations, to determine whether the image limit is unlocked. Apple handles payment information. ByteFit does not directly receive card details, bank account numbers or your Apple Account password, and does not upload purchase receipts to developer servers.

4. Metadata and visible information

Output is JPG in sRGB, with transparent areas filled white. Original EXIF, GPS and IPTC metadata are not copied.

Removing metadata does not conceal personal information visible in an image. ByteFit does not automatically identify, hide or remove names, ID numbers, faces or text. Review images before sharing or uploading them.

5. When you contact support

The support link opens your email app and does not send anything automatically. If you email feedback@r8game.com, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to send and use them to handle and reply to your request.

Please send only information needed to investigate the problem and avoid originals containing personal information. Use the same email address to ask about your feedback data or request correction or deletion. Requests are verified and handled as required by applicable law; information that must be retained by law is excepted.

6. Apple and other services

App Store purchases, system diagnostics, temporary-file management, cloud storage you choose and your email service are handled by the respective providers under their own policies. Apple’s privacy information is available at the link below.
